Ongoing services for companies
As part of our activities, we offer ongoing services for your company in the scope of environmental protection.
By entrusting us with your formal and legal affairs, you can rest assured that your company’s environmental responsibilities will be taken care of by a qualified specialist who will expertly handle the entrusted tasks and represent you appropriately before the authorities and inspectorates.
Scope of cooperation:
- representing the company’s interests in the scope of environmental protection before representatives of public administration bodies and responding to calls from the Environmental Protection Inspectorate, the District Governor’s Office, the City and Municipality Council;
- presence of a specialist from Ekononsult during the environmental audit (service and outsourcing);
- organising training for company employees in order to comply with statutory and administrative requirements;
- periodic settlement of fees for environmental management (determination of product fees and keeping the required reporting records for the authorities);
- systematic submission of reports on the amount of waste produced and how it is managed to the Marshall Office;
- regular reporting to the Central Statistical Office;
- keeping records of the waste register with up-to-date information on possible exceeded amounts of waste produced;
- supervision of the requirements of the Act on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, the Act on Batteries and Accumulators, the Act on Packaging and Packaging Waste (agreements with recovery organisations, price negotiations, handling and outsourcing to the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection, cyclical submission of reports to the Marshall’s Office, supervision of legal changes);
- keeping an account for the plant in KOBIZE (National Emission Balancing and Management Centre);
registration of the company in the CRO, i.e. Central Register of Operators of Fire Protection Devices and Systems.
